As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a landscape crew in the installation and management of various landscape/hardscape projects. The Foreman will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with clients. All Foremen must possess a friendly, customer service attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Projects include patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, swimming pools, softscape installation, and more.
Job Description
- Lead and manage Landscape Crew Members in the completion of various residential and commercial projects
- Plan and organize the job, ensuring that the project is completed in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment (excavators, skid steers, dump trailers)
- Train crew members to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved, and procedures and processes are followed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Landscape Foreman experience preferred
- Pay based on experience
As a Landscape Crew Member, you are responsible for assisting the Foreman and other crew members in the completion of various landscape/hardscape projects. You will provide quality service that meets or exceeds are customer’s and management’s expectations. Crew Members must show attention to detail and effectively communicate with peers and their Foreman. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service-minded attitude in a professional manner.

- Landscape installation experience preferred, but not required

The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks in order to manage the timely completion of grounds maintenance service contracts. The Maintenance Foreman will lead and supervise a crew and operate a variety of tools and power equipment. Tasks include weekly lawn mowing, fertilizing, clean ups, mulching, planting, and snow removal. Your goal is to create and lead a team that can operate efficiently and professionally.
